What To Expect:

Participants will be expected to:

  • Complete two surveys

  • Engage in 9 short self-compassion practices over a 3-week period

  • You’re a parent or primary caregiver of a child ages 0-12 

  • Identify as Black, Indigenous or Person of Color

  • Physically live in the United States

  • Interested in compassionate approaches to parenthood and caregiving

    Yes, all project activities can be done online with your phone, tablet or computer.

    No, this project is designed to be an anonymous and self-guided study.

    Yes, all of your personal information and data will remain secure and anonymous throughout the entirety of this research project. Your information will not be shared to any outside groups or entities.

  • Do I have to live in the United States?

Yes, for the purposes of this research project, participants must physically reside in the United States.

  • Is this a religious or secular program?

This project is designed in a secular format, meaning that it is designed for all people to engage in a meaningful way regardless of their tradition, culture or background.
