This Support Space is an inclusive and compassionate online space where we will explore a variety of spiritual practices to support our parenting journeys and cultivate spirituality with our youth. 

Lectio Divina: In this support space we will learn and engage in the Lectio Divina practice. The Lectio Devina practice is a form of spiritual reading where you will be invited to reflect deeply on a sacred text and contemplate what the Divine is revealing to you.
